Thank you for purchasing our digital products at AutoStack. We stand behind the quality of our Claude AI Skills and automations.
1. Digital Products
Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our products (Claude AI Skills, workflows, and guides), all sales are considered final. Once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.
2. Exceptions
We will only process a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same bundle twice.
- Non-Delivery: If a technical error prevented the email from being delivered and we are unable to manually send you the product within 48 hours of your request.
