These Terms & Conditions govern the use of digital products and services provided by AutoStack. By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of License

AutoStack provides digital automation templates (Claude AI Skills) and related creative assets. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the templates for your personal or business workflows. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the raw templates.

2. Payments & Fees

• All fees are payable in advance via our secure checkout.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
• Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final (see Refund Policy).

3. Delivery & Access

Delivery is fulfilled digitally via email immediately after successful payment.

• You are responsible for providing a correct email address during checkout.
• We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect email inputs or email server firewalls (e.g., emails going to spam).

4. Client Obligations

The user warrants that:

• They will not use our automations for illegal, spam, or malicious purposes.
• They are solely responsible for managing their own Claude AI instance and software API keys.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• AutoStack retains all intellectual property rights to the core design and structure of the provided templates.
• Purchasers may modify the templates to fit their specific use-case but cannot claim original authorship of the structural framework.

6. Third-Party Tools & Services

AutoStack is not liable for failures or issues caused by:

• Claude AI version updates breaking backward compatibility.
• API changes or deprecations by third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Facebook).
• Hosting providers or server downtimes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the digital product.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our automations.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
